White Room Molding
Infinity Molding & Assembly's white room molding is conducted in a climate-controlled positive airflow center that reduces contaminates and maintains standards of cleanliness exceeding the normal production environmental requirements. This room currently supports the production of medical products and other projects requiring a class 'A' surface.
Insert Molding
Infinity Molding & Assembly's experience in insert molding for both metal and soft-touch materials has allowed us to transfer this selective technology across industry lines. Understanding the design characteristics for multiple materials and components has enabled us to prevent expensive redesigns at production launch.
Thin Wall Molding
Infinity Molding & Assembly has over 20 years of molding experience, with high volume, fine-tolerance components with nominal walls less than 0.5 mm. These small parts require Infinity Molding & Assembly's engineering precision and true understanding of the extended manufacturing chain to assure seamless functional assembly.
Multi-shot Molding
Multi-shot molding allows the ability to combine parts, eliminate assembly, and to design component geometries not producible through conventional molding. Soft-touch materials can also be utilized to enhance consumer ergonomics and/or to add functional seals. Infinity Molding & Assembly can identify whether multi-shot technology is a viable and cost-effective approach for your program.
