     i. Increase the value of our services to our current customers 
    ii. Identify and develop new customers and products
   iii. Meet or exceed all requirements, including statutory
       and regulatory

     i. Accomplish an above average rate of return while
        increasing the intrinsic value of the business
c. Employees --
     i. Insure a fulfilling long-term employment opportunity with
        personal development and training as the means
d. Suppliers --
     i. Offer increased business opportunities to those suppliers
        that are willing to partner with us and offer services outside
        the norm

     i. Foster an attitude of "giving back" to the community
